​Up to 25% off Term Fees. Fees capped at 4 group classes per week - additional group classes are free!

​Children's classes are paid as a term fee but some teen and adult classes are billed per lesson. Preschool and Children's groups require a $50 yearly costume and enrolment fee. Children keep their costume. Missed classes can be made up with any other group. Fairy Ballet and Prep classes can be used interchageably once a weekly fee is paid. All students are welcome to perform in our annual no-sew no-stress concert and other community events throughout the year. School aged children are expected to commit to their group for the year. If, for reasons beyond your control, you need to leave a group, notice should be given in writing 4 weeks before the end of term.


Free trial Classes
You can enrol at any time of year. Please follow the link to register for a free trial class. You will then be invoiced for the remaining term fee (pro rata) if you choose to continue, otherwise no cost is incurred.

Optional Concert for Preschoolers and Children
This year the concert is a tripple bill with 3 short separate narratives. You need only attend the rehearsal/s that involve your child. Lead actors will perform with the section/s their classes are in. Youth Company Members are not required at these rehearsals.
Dress rehearsal Part 1 (Ballet): All Preschool & School aged ballet students: Sat 20th October 10am to 12am at 7 Adams St Alphington
​Dress Rehearsal Part 2 (Dance) All Jazz/Hip hop/Commercial/Dance Students: Wed 17th October 4pm to 6pm at 7 Adams St Alphington
​Dress Rehearsal Part 3 (Singing) All Singing and Song&Dance Students: Thurs 18th October 4pm to 6pm at Alphington Primary School
Concert: Sunday 28th October 1:30pm (Preschoolers required from 12pm and School aged children from 9.30am)

Is your child higly motivated?  AUDITIONS
 Youth Dance Company and Junior Talent Groups offer children and teens a chance to progress at a faster rate with more challenging material. They perform at competitions and represent our school in festivals and events. Ring to inquire about an audition.

Dancewear For Purchase
We sell canvas ballet shoes (required by all students except Boys Hip Hop) for $20 per pair or you are welcome to provide your own. We also have leotards, tights, skirts, cross-over cardigans, leg warmers, hair donuts and more available at discount prices. Please ring for details.

Welcome Kim Carr

Kim has been appointed as our Head Commercial Dance Instructor for 2018. With a wealth of professional performance and choreography in the Commercial Dance Industry, we are pleased to have this wonderful addition to our team.

Youth Dance Company 

Jodie Toogood will continue as our Contemporary Dance Specialist and Artistic Director for the Youth Dance Company and Child Talent teams.​ 

Congratulations to our Youth Dance Company who made it to VICTORIAN STATE FINALS of Jump Dance Competition!

This was our first year of running an auditioned Youth Dance Company. The group trained with choreographer, dancer & artisitic director Jodie Toogood, who is well known throughout Sydney and Melbourne for her composition and performance work. Their achievement this year was beyond our expectations and a testament to the skills of all involved.

Welcome Annie Aitken!

We welcome Annie Aitken to our teaching team. Students and parents alike were excited to meet Annie who stars in many professional musical theatre shows, most recently as Maria and Leisel in the Sound of Music.

Congratulations Belinda Jenkin!

Belinda, our singing teacher is a musical theatre performer and composer. The musical "HouseWarming" which she co-wrote with William Hannagan, had its debut in New York as part of the Music Theatre Festival and has now been awarded the City of Melbourne Grant for production this year.
